VillagesHomes4Rent.Com is a website created for owners of rental real estate in The Villages FL.    ”By owner” rentals means that you must be the owner of the property so we don’t accept property that is managed by property managers.     We designed the website so that it is modern and streamlined and very easy to list property along with pictures, google maps and even youtube videos.   You can take video that you have uploaded to YouTube and display video tours of your rental home.   On the blog we will give you tips and instructions on how to do this and utilize all of the features of the website.    We are also working on a rating system so that you can rate your experience with sellers and also reviews of each rental property to help other renters indentify who the standout owners are and also summarize their experience with the individual properties.     If you have any suggestions or comments we are interested in learning what your thoughts are since we are new and eager to make this a great experience.
