Add a video to your listing! 

One of the features of the website that is unique is the ability to add a You Tube video tour to your property listing. This can really set your property apart from the other properties on the website.  How do you do it?

It’s really pretty simple, all you have to do is register with YouTube.Com on their website to create your account.   Once you register, you can upload any video that you have taken to their website.   After you upload your video to YouTube your video will be given a unique id number.    On our website we have a sample video that we we used which was on Youtube.   We just took the unique identifier and pasted into the youtube field in the property listing.    You can view it under our sample listing.  It really adds a unique perspective to any property listings.

You can add the information into your listing when you enter your new listing or you can go back after your listing is already on the website and just modify your listing.   Just paste the unique id into the youtube field.

How do you move the map pointer after you have entered your listing?

In order to move the map pointer after your listing has been entered you will have to log in to the website and then click on modify your ad from the top horizontal menu. 

A list of your property listings will be shown on the page with a modify button.  Click on this modify button. 

Scroll down to your map and move the hand symbol to the property location.  

Next double click to move the pointer to this new location.

Don’t forget to click on submit at the bottom of the page.

You map pointer should now point to the new location.
