Enjoy the comfort and privacy of this Marathon Courtyard Villa, located a 5 minute cart ride from Lake Sumter Landing. The Villa is within 200 yards of the neighborhood pool, a short cart ride to the village recreation center and numerous golf courses.
The “open floor plan” family and dining room enjoys a vaulted ceiling and opens onto a screened lanai.
The family room includes full sized sofa, plush chair, and recliner for comfortable viewing of a 37” LCD TV or simply gathering with friends and family. Cable TV and a DVD player are available for your use.
Dining room is furnished with table and seating for four. Table is expandable to accommodate six.
The covered screened lanai hosts a love seat and chairs for you to enjoy the spectacular Florida weather. The lanai opens onto a large private backyard great for outdoor entertainment, comes complete with gas grill and fountain.
A generous kitchen with breakfast island and seating for three boasts a full compliment of kitchen appliances both large and small as well as all the tools necessary for preparing and serving meals at home or just fixing a snack.
All utilities, cable TV, trash, lawn service, and are included.
The Village facilities include tennis and pickle courts, numerous other activities and access to the swimming pools and recreation centers.

*$500 deposit/security due within seven days of the execution of the rental contract.
*Deposit is non-refundable unless unit is rented for same time period.
*Payment of rent in full is due 60 days before scheduled arrival date.

**Optional: A $50 fee may be paid to the “The Villages” for (2) temporary residents ID's. These ID's include green fees on all executive golf courses and reduced rates on the championship golf courses. Please let us know if you would like the temporary ID's.
