This website does not guarantee, warrant, or assume responsibility for information that appears on the site. VillagesHomes4Rent.Com does not inspect properties listed or verify that the individuals listing property are the property owners.

Owners that list their property on this site are responsible for the information provided and are also responsible for making sure that they are in compliance with any local and state laws or ordinances.

Any requests for refunds will be based on a prorated basis for service that has been provided. Refunds are only granted at the sole discretion of the site owner. Refunds generally will only be considered based on a property owner/subscriber's dossatisfaction with reliability of the website in terms of uptime on the web.

If the website owner removes an ad for any reason a refund will be provided on a prorated basis. Property owners who decide to cancel will forfeit all payments and subscriptions. If a property is sold while a classified is active that will be considered a cancelation and the property owner will forfeit any refund.
